1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Miami Frenchies website and the purchase of any puppies, stud services, or related products. By using this site or reserving a puppy, you agree to these terms.

2. Reservations & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy. Deposits are applied toward the total purchase price and hold the puppy for the reserving party. Remaining balances are due before the puppy goes home.

3. Health Guarantee

All puppies are sold with a health guarantee as described in your purchase agreement. Puppies are up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations and veterinary checks at the time of sale.

4. Stud Services

Stud service fees, health testing requirements, and breeding arrangements are agreed upon in writing prior to service. All studs are DNA tested, AKC registered, and health cleared.

5. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery and pickup arrangements, including any associated costs, are coordinated directly with Miami Frenchies. See our Financing & Delivery page for details.
