Our puppies go to their new homes at 8 weeks of age. This ensures they are fully weaned, socialized with their littermates, and developmentally ready for their new family.

Yes! We welcome visits by appointment for local families in the Miami area. For out-of-state clients, we provide regular video updates, photo galleries, and live video calls so you can bond with your puppy before pickup or delivery.

Our 1-year genetic health guarantee covers hereditary and congenital conditions. If your puppy is diagnosed with a covered condition within 12 months, we will offer a replacement puppy of equal value or a partial refund, as outlined in our contract.

Absolutely. All of our breeding dogs undergo comprehensive health testing including DNA panels (DM, PRA, EIC, CMR1), cardiac evaluations, CAER eye exams, and patellar luxation checks. We provide full documentation on request.

Puppies receive age-appropriate vaccinations (DA2PP), deworming, and a vet health check before going home. You will receive a complete vaccination record to continue with your own veterinarian.

Yes. We offer both in-cabin flight nanny delivery and ground transport to most major US cities. Delivery fees vary by location. We use trusted, experienced pet transport professionals who have delivered hundreds of puppies safely.

Yes, local pickup from our Miami facility is always available and preferred. We'll schedule a meet-and-greet appointment and send you home with everything your puppy needs.

We accept Zelle, bank wire transfer, credit/debit cards (via our online store), and approved financing plans. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold any puppy.
